L2 norm (Euclidain norm).

The function computes the L2 norm (see Pixels) of all pixels in the input image via a unary pixel operation (see Images).

Implementation specifics : The pixel functor : HxUpoNorm2. The image functor instantiator : HxInstantiatorNorm2.
